Welcome to Zalune.

Zalune is an online store owned and operated by NORVEXIC LLC, a United States limited liability company ("NORVEXIC LLC," "Zalune," "we," "us," or "our").

NORVEXIC LLC operates the Zalune website, store, and related services, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through Zalune (collectively, the "Services").

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you. NORVEXIC LLC, doing business as Zalune, is the seller responsible for products purchased through our store. Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Zalune.

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with the policies referenced in them, govern your access to and use of the Services and purchases made through Zalune.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information regarding your rights and responsibilities, including provisions relating to warranties, liability, orders, payments, returns, and dispute resolution.

By accessing or using the Services or placing an order through Zalune, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

When you submit an order through Zalune, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have finally accepted your order.

Your order will be considered accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfilling the order, subject to applicable law.

If you wish to cancel an order after placing it, contact us as soon as possible at info@zalun.com. Cancellation may not be possible once fulfillment or dispatch has begun, subject to any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights available under applicable law.

Section 4 - Prices, Payments and Billing

Prices displayed through the Services may change from time to time.

"Zalune," applicable Zalune logos, designs, names, and brand elements are trademarks, trade names, or other intellectual property of NORVEXIC LLC or its applicable licensors.

You may use the Services for your personal and lawful use.

Unless expressly permitted by us or applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from protected materials contained in the Services without authorization.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property or the intellectual property of Shopify or any third party to you.

Shopify's names, logos, products, and other intellectual property remain the property of Shopify and its applicable licensors.

Section 8 - Optional and Third-Party Tools

From time to time, the Services may provide access to features, applications, tools, or services operated by third parties.

Some third-party services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, or other conditions established by those third parties.

We do not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or continued operation.

Where permitted by law, your use of an optional third-party tool is at your discretion and subject to the terms applicable to that tool.

We may introduce, change, or discontinue optional features or tools from time to time.

Section 10 - Relationship With Shopify

Zalune uses Shopify's ecommerce platform to provide the Services.

However, products offered through Zalune are sold by NORVEXIC LLC, doing business as Zalune.

Your purchase contract for products sold by Zalune is with NORVEXIC LLC and not with Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of products offered through Zalune and does not manufacture, supply, fulfill, or warrant those products on our behalf.

NORVEXIC LLC is responsible for its products and for matters relating to its transactions with customers, including customer service, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and other obligations required by applicable law.

Shopify provides technology and related services that enable us to operate our online store and may provide additional services such as payment processing depending on the payment method used.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to impose responsibility on Shopify for obligations that legally belong to NORVEXIC LLC.

Section 11 - Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information when you access or use the Services.

Shopify's processing of consumer information is described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Any limitation or exclusion in these Terms is subject to mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions of liability. In those jurisdictions, the applicable limitation will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms and contracts for purchases through Zalune are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, together with applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming, United States.

If you are a consumer and mandatory law in your country, state, province, or territory gives you the right to rely on local consumer protections or bring proceedings in your local courts, nothing in this section removes those rights.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable law.
